Privacy Statement

This website is a set of static pages describing the practice of Cimino Law Offices. It has no accounts, no login, no contact form, and no database. The paragraphs below describe exactly what happens when you visit.
Information we collect
Nothing you type. There is no form anywhere on this site, so there is no way for the site to receive information from you. If you contact the firm, you do so by telephone or by sending email to an address listed here, and the firm then holds only what you chose to send.
No cookies. This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. You will not see a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for each request — IP address, time, page requested, browser type — for security and reliability. These logs are retained by the provider for a limited period and are not used to build a profile of you.
Aggregate page statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. We see totals, not individuals.
Third-party content
Apart from the Cloudflare counting script described above, this site loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or images. Typefaces and the map of our office are served from this domain, so viewing a page reports your visit to no one else.
Two links do lead off this site — the LinkedIn profile link and the “Get directions” link on the office map, which opens Google Maps. Following either takes you to a service with its own privacy policy and its own tracking. Simply viewing our pages does not contact them.
Confidentiality of email
Email sent over the internet is not a secure medium and may be intercepted. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information by email until an attorney–client relationship has been established in writing. Sending email to the firm does not by itself create that relationship. See our legal notices for more.
